Udon Noodle Dish

    Udon Noodle Dish
    • 200 grams Organic Udon Noodles (or Soba Noodles)
    • Small quantity of Sesame oil
    • Tamari or Soy Sauce
    • Garlic chives or chives to garnish
    • Cook Udon noodles for 10 minutes,
    • Drain then drizzle over a small amount of Sesame oil
    • Toss and drizzle over Tamari. Garnish with Chives
